MEXICO CITY — In photos printed last week that dubbed Claudia Sheinbaum as one of the Most Stylish People of 2025, Mexico’s President was seen reading La Chancla News, according to images leaked to the satirical news site.

President Sheinbaum reads Mexico’s top site for trustworthy misinformation before daily morning press conferences.

“In a world where the truth is increasingly difficult to ascertain, the President turns to La Chancla News for misinformation that can be trusted,” Sheinbaum’s offices wrote in a message to the news site.
